Property blueprints for Epstein's private tropical island included in the images.
Also featured in this recent image release is shown to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had formulated development schemes to transform the 161-acre island by constructing residences, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Visible on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the bottom right.
This development map is covered in handwritten red notes and contains a notes section identifying different areas of the estate.
In addition to the main plan are what appear to be several other property layouts and architectural plans, including layouts for boat shelters.
Further materials made public as part of the ongoing congressional disclosure.
